About QuickPin
QuickPin helps you keep and organize locations you want to revisit. App features, availability, supported devices and third-party map capabilities may change over time.
Accepting these terms
When the final terms are published, using or registering for QuickPin may require your agreement to them and acknowledgment of the applicable privacy policy. This preview is for review and is not a substitute for an effective, accepted version.
Eligibility and accounts
The proposed minimum age is 16 years. Users must meet any applicable local legal requirements, supply accurate account information and protect their login credentials. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse or prohibited activities, subject to applicable law.
Saved places and user input
You are responsible for the content, labels and folders you create. You should only submit material you have the right to use. Saved locations may change, close or become inaccurate; QuickPin cannot guarantee that third-party location details remain current.
Third-party places and map services
Location information and links may be provided by third-party services such as Google Maps. Their separate terms, permissions, attribution requirements and licensing limitations may apply. QuickPin should not be used to circumvent their restrictions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse QuickPin to harm others, disrupt the service, probe other people’s accounts or data, scrape restricted third-party information, or attempt to bypass app limits. Do not rely on saved pins in place of professional navigation or safety advice.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify or discontinue features. Service and network availability can vary. Where required, we will give appropriate notice for material changes.
Privacy and account closure
The final App Privacy Policy will describe processing and user rights. App account deletion and export options should be checked against their actual production behavior, including any legally required retention.
Intellectual property
QuickPin branding, interface design and original software are protected by applicable rights. Third-party maps, business listings, logos and other materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licences.
Legal responsibilities
These proposed terms do not exclude any rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitations of liability must be tailored to the operating entity, markets and applicable consumer protection rules before launch.
Governing law and questions
Applicable governing law, consumer dispute provisions and the operator’s contact information must be confirmed and included in the final terms. Mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply where required.
Changes to these terms
Publish an effective date and appropriate notice process when the final version is approved. If the service changes materially, review these terms again.
